Not working properly at all
Just been to pick up my new glasses I ordered 2 pairs when I got there the women only had 1 pair I told her I had paid for 2 pairs and she said that the man that had served me had made a mistake and I would have to pay 69 pounds more if I wanted 2 pairs so for his mistake I would have to pay more she then said she would get someone else to speak to me so another women came over she then told me I had to pay 118 pounds more 4 2 it took her 10 min to get my money never going there again so upset
